We will be visiting Plymouth MA in a few weeks and was wondering if anyone knew of any letterboxes in that area. Not being familiar with the area we weren't sure which ones listed on the site might be near there. Any info. would be appreciated.

We went camping at Scusset State Park in August, and placed one on the Cape Cod Canal Walk/Bike way.  It's about a half hour drive from Plymouth.  Clues are posted under "Cape Cod Canal Letterbox.  Good luck and have fun!  (We went on a whale watch while there - a really nice trip, with a chance to see the large beasts!)   - Kittlekatz

Greetings,

Any of the boxes on Cape Cod would be worth your time, depending on how far you want to drive. I'll give you a partial list, with the first boxes being the closest to Plymouth:

Gurnet Point Lighthouse
Seaside Series 1 and 2
Cape Cod Canal
Briar Patch

After that, you're on your own. :-)  There are a ton of great boxes down that way. Got to get out there myself sometime soon.

If you don't mind driving a half hour or 45 mins. up route 6, you can
get a bunch of stamps from harwich, chatham, and eastham. There is
also a stamp in Sandwich that was just placed. I think all but the
Chatham Rooster have been accounted for in the last month or so
